• We will explore basics of feeding to help you feel prepared for the first few days with your newborn.

• We will review latch and positioning tips, normal newborn behaviors, expectations for milk production, and much more.​

• A warm welcome back to check in on your journey, celebrate your wins and address any ongoing or new challenges.

• We'll discuss how things are going, highlighting successes and identifying areas where you need extra support. 

• If you have any difficulties--like pain or low milk supply--we'll work together on personalized solutions that provide reassurance for success.

• We'll revisit latching and positioning methods, making adjustments to enhance your comfort.

• We'll provide tips, tools, and resources to help you feel confident on your breastfeeding journey.

• We'll adjust your care plan based on your current goals, ensuring it continues to support any ongoing needs or concerns.

• This 2-hour class is offered in a group setting at our clinic.

• You will explore latching techniques, breastfeeding positions, milk supply tips, common challenges, pumping basics, and much more.
